Solution
I led end-to-end creative direction for the Canadian launch. This included defining a new export-line visual identity rooted in craft, origin, and premium positioning; writing the strategic narrative; and designing a master pitch deck that walked buyers through the brand's journey from cacao pod to shelf. The result was a cohesive brand language that secured the first round of market-entry funding.




The strategy was the deciding factor. It wasn't just about beautiful slides — it was about demonstrating a deep, culturally fluent understanding of the Canadian consumer.
